What effect does urbanisation have on people's lives? Does the intrusive virtual world put us into or outside the everyday environment? Do the city's inhabitants desire nature, or counterfeit nature? The city as humorous still-lifes or swirling movement. Urban Antics visualised by ten photographers from LuciX: Anjo de Haan, Norma van der Horst, Heidi Jonker, Gerard Kingma, Rudy Marinus, Walburgis Meijers, Caroline Penris, Fred Reiffers, Petra Weel and Ineke van der Weele.

One of the ancient Groningen churches, with fine views from the tower. The oldest gravestone in the floor dates from 1498. Curtains are painted on the west wall.

Fresh coffee and tea for sale with 'Grunniger kouk'.
